Khabarovsk Bandy to conquer U17 Kosa Open—2013

The winners of last year’s international series Kosa in Sweden (U17 Kosa Natta—2012) Khabarovsk Bandy of juniors born 1997 continues his european crusade for the new title. This time team leaded by merited russian coach Yurij Poljanskij is leaving for Norway to Kosa Open—2013 which is held in Oslo from October, 30th to November, 2nd. Khabarovsk BK starts in the tournament playing with Røa IL followed by 2 more games against norwegian teams Haslum Bandy and Snarøya SK.

In addition to Khabarovsk BK there is a one club more from Russia taking part in U17 Kosa Open—2013. Vodnik from Arkhangelsk to play in the same group with Ready, Stabæk IF and Solberg SK.

Kosa Open is a very popular bandy tournament in Norway evoking greatest interest in the world of bandy metropolian of the norwegian capital which was first played in the fall of 1992. Last year’s tournament attended 120 teams, 75% of which are children in the age between 10 and 15. Kosa Open is played non-stop on artificial ice hosted by Stabæk and Hauger BK.
